Oct 26 (M) Collaboration Afternoon (75 minute early dismissal for students).

Oct. 27 (T) Google Hangout with our buddy class at DPE Students learned about how to create a website from thier peers.

October 30 (F) Aboriginal Art and Story telling Presenter Carman MacKay am & Hallowe'en Carnival pm.

Dear Parents and Caregivers of Div. 4, Div. 3, Div. 2, and Div. 1,

 

I am excited to start-up our after-school Games Club again on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 2:45 to 4:00p.m. Games help teach: math, reason, and embody the skills of cooperation, logic, sportsmanship and problem solving. It is our hope that children will also have a chance to foster positive friendships. Bohnanza, Small World, Ticket to Ride, and The Settlers of Catan will be some of the possible games for our first games day! Students who would like to play MAGIC are asked to bring their cards with them! Please send your child with an extra snack and water bottle (if attending). Students will be notified of their acceptance into game’s club (in the order they turned the form below in). Amount of students accepted will depend on number of committed parents able to assist me, and number of students wanting to participate. Form due by Thursday, November 5, 2015.

 

               

If there are parents who enjoy games, and would like to help please come join us! The club will take place on various Wednesdays and or Thursdays where possible.
